• Body mapping for organizing mole locations

2. User Responsibilities

By using Skin Chronicle, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service

• Measurement data should be considered approximate and is intended for personal tracking only
• Any ABCDE assessment guidance is educational and not a medical diagnosis
• The app does not use AI or machine learning to analyze moles for medical purposes
• Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for any concerns about your skin health

Do not rely on Skin Chronicle as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Skin Chronicle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any measurements or data
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• We are not responsible for any medical decisions made based on information from the app
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

5. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You misuse the service or attempt to harm other users
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (with prior notice)
